Kelby T. Hahn is a Graduate Teaching Assistant at OSU’s Center for Teaching and Learning.

Kelby received a B.S. in Physics from Utah State University with a thesis on Materials Physics. She also received an M.S. in Physics from Oregon State University with a thesis on physics sensemaking in sophomore-level classical mechanics. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in STEM Education with an emphasis on post-secondary physics education. Her dissertation work is on pedagogical representations and student understanding in junior-level quantum mechanics. 

Kelby has been a TA in the physics department at OSU since Fall 2015. She has taught labs and recitations for numerous introductory courses and has assisted in all sophomore-level physics courses. 

Kelby grew up in Utah and loves rock climbing, skiing and snowboarding, rugby, and board games!
