Quality Teaching (QT) Talks

What?

QT Talks are 50-minute interactive presentations which focus on the research, pedagogical approaches, and exemplars to integrate the three principles in OSU's Quality Teaching Framework into teaching. QT Talks illustrate purposeful, intentional, and reflective integration of the QT Framework. You have an opportunity to connect with colleagues across disciplines with time carved out to supporting teaching development.

Who?

QT Talks are open to anyone currently teaching or is hoping to teach in the future. This may include faculty, GTAs and GRAs. Administrators and/or department supervisors and deans may also find the content relevant for exploring the newly adopted QT Framework.

When?

We offer three QT Talks each term, on Tuesdays from 11:00 am to 11:50 am. Highlighting one principle from the QT Framework per session, discussions will focus on ways to bring the principles into your teaching.
